When will my order ship?Updated a day ago

Orders placed via Ground delivery will typically ship within 4-5 business days unless otherwise indicated. 

If you select 2nd Day or Overnight delivery, we will ship your order via that method after we have processed, packaged, and prepared your order. See below for additional details: 

  • 2nd Day orders placed before 12pm EST Monday through Friday normally ship the same day unless otherwise indicated. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the next business day.

  • Overnight orders placed before 12pm EST will ship on the same business day unless otherwise indicated. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the next business day.

  • All Overnight and 2nd Day orders placed after 12pm EST Friday will not ship until the next business day. Orders will not be delivered on a weekend. 


Delivery deadlines apply to in-stock items shipped within the continental U.S. and exclude custom, back-ordered, and/or personalized items.

While we do everything we can to get our handcrafted items to you in a timely manner, please know some items may take a little more time:

  • ENGRAVING: Items with engraving take 2-3 weeks to process and engrave. If you have non-engraved items in the same order, we will wait to ship the order until we can ship all items together. If chosen at checkout, express shipping will be applied to both non-engraved and engraved products in your order.

  • CHANDELIERS: Each chandelier is a custom order and is final sale. Please allow 6 weeks for processing. Express shipping is unavailable for orders that include these items.


*Please note: Our carriers may have delays in shipping due to the volume of packages in their network. While we will strive to get your shipment shipped on time from our warehouse, we are subject to the performance of our carriers and cannot guarantee their delivery. Simon Pearce is not responsible for unexpected delays in shipping due to carrier issues.
