How do I return or exchange an item?Updated a year ago

Prior to sending a product back, submit your return here to generate a return authorization and a shipping label. You may also return items to one of our retail stores. Pendants and Sconces returned to our retail stores will be charged a $100 restocking fee, with the exception of our Large Woodstock Pendant, which has a restocking fee of $200.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns to Simon Pearce. Returns must be well packed; we recommend using the original packing material or comparable material, and insuring the return.
