What is your return/exchange policy?Updated a year ago

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Simon Pearce experience. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of your Simon Pearce purchases up to 90 days from the time of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Prior to sending a product back, submit your return here to generate a return authorization and a shipping label. 

  • Product must be accompanied by original proof of purchase from Simon Pearce. We are unable to accept returns without a receipt.

  • Product must be first-quality, non-discounted product that is in salable condition with original packaging.

  • If you purchased the item directly, you may exchange the item or receive credit back to your original form of payment. Payment made with cash or check will be refunded via company check within 14 days of return, as long as accompanied by the original Simon Pearce receipt. To receive credit to a credit card, the original credit card used for the purchase, along with the original Simon Pearce receipt, must be present at the time of the return. 

  • Items received as gifts that are accompanied by a Simon Pearce gift receipt and/or packing slip can be exchanged for product or merchandise credit only, to the value of the exchange, inclusive of all discounts applied. Exchanges will be issued on first quality, current-stock items only.   

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns must be well packed; we recommend using the original packing material or comparable material and insuring the return.

  • Refund amount is inclusive of all discounts.

  • Items purchased at third-party retailers must be returned/exchanged at the original place of purchase.

  • Product damage caused by improper usage and/or product broken inadvertently during use may not be returned or replaced. Please ensure that proper product care has been followed as outlined in the Product Care card that accompanies each order. Returns and replacements will not be issued when product damage results from not following our product care guidelines.

  • Products purchased online may be returned to a Simon Pearce store with proof of purchase.

  • Returns will not be issued if returned items arrive damaged; please ensure your return shipment is well-packaged. 

  • We do not issue price adjustments.


FINAL SALE

All second-quality, sale, discontinued, personalized/engraved, custom, research, special order, gift-with-purchase items, gift cards and chandeliers are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Pendants, once installed, are final sale. 

RESTOCKING FEES

Pendants and Sconces returned to our retail stores will be charged a $100 restocking fee, with the exception of our Large Woodstock Pendant, which has a restocking fee of $200. Once installed, pendants and sconces are not eligible for return.
